Barbie Doll House Makes A Great Gift

My little girl is very girly and very much a tomboy all at the same time. Itís an interesting combination, but my mom tells me that I was much the same way when I was a little girl. Looking back I think she is right. I loved to run around and climb trees, but at the same time I loved to play dress up with her clothes. I was often in trouble for trying on her make up when she wasnít looking, and I loved to get a pretty dress for a special occasion as a great gift. Just recently my daughter told me she wants to get stuff to play barbie doll house and it reminded me of when I was young.

When we were in the store I looked through the stuff to find the barbie doll house clothing they had for sale. To say I was shocked at the price was an understatement. There are so many beautiful dresses in the barbie doll house section, but they were priced so high I knew I could not afford to buy her all of the ones that she wanted. Perhaps I should say I could have bought them, but I would have had to sell my car first. It was unreal.

The barbie doll house stuff I saw wasnít just about clothes either. There were shoes, crowns, and some sort of feather boa to go along with the dresses. Though I understand why she would want the real barbie doll house stuff, I decided then and there that I would get her a little of it, but she would have to get other stuff to fill out her collection. There are other places to buy dress up things, and there were certainly items that cost a whole lot less.

In the end she got two dresses from the barbie doll house display we saw in the store, and the rest came from a variety of different stores. I had to look around, but I ended up finding a lot of great stuff. Most of it was just like the barbie doll house stuff, but it was priced much lower. I guess if you buy Barbie you are paying for the name. Luckily my daughter is only five, and she has learned about brand names just yet. As long as it works and looks pretty it is good enough for her, and thatís good enough for me.

Hi! I have a 1998 Princess of the Incas Barbie doll. It is used,out of box, but in very good condition.Nothing is missing on the doll, only the box. Is it still worth something.

I may get a Miku Pullip doll, so I want to have a reasonably priced dollhouse to show it off. So, if there is my Barbie house for around — (no more than please) please let me know. Thanks!

I have tons of barbie dolls and crap I had from when I was younger. I’m going on a trip to see my cousins and one of them is like a 6 year old girl and my mom says I have to give her all the stuff.

I have 0 problem of giving her things BUT the girl’s parent’s (my aunt) is rich and the girl is a spoiled little brat.

I sent her a barbie house thing & barbie van by mail but now my mom is insisting on me taking a huge bag of barbie junk she already has.

She really doesn’t deserve any of the things and my mom doesn’t care and keeps on insisting.

ALSO my other younger cousin is a boy and I don’t think it’s fair to go to their rent vacation house with tons of toys and things for the girl and none for him.

I have this girly cat backpack thing she would love and that was the only thing I planned on giving her. But my mom won’t stop yelling me to give her the stuff.

My mother claims I need to stop thinking of myself and start thinking about others. But I am! I’m not even going to their real home, they rented a place in san diego and since I already live in california so they invited me. My mom doesn’t understand that now they have to carry more stuff on the airplane.
I think I gave them enough stuff already! I think it would be much nicer to give the things to a child who could never afford such toys rather than a spoiled brat with tons of crap.

How can I convince her not too? I honestly wouldn’t mind giving stuff to the boy cousin he’s not that bad, he can be pushy and whiny but not as bad as his annoying sister.

If you had 2 kids and you had a cousin giving ONE of them tons of lightly used gifts and the other one none how would you feel? And if you had to carry all the junk around. keep in mind the kid already has enough toys.

Ok I know this is a kind of a silly question I mean I shouldn’t be making a big deal over it, I just find it stupid for my mom to say i’m selfish to not want to give things to a child who doesn’t need more things instead of giving a deserving child things.

Since he seems to want to be a girl, I’m thinking of making him wear his sister’s clothes until the end of the school year.

I tried club penguin, xivio, milsberry, neopets, powerpets, habbo hotel, barbie girls, runescape.

I want new ones that you can walk around, it must be free, you can have a house you can decorate it and buy something for it, like club penguin.

wow says the woman whys divorced barbie so much? the shop assistant replys barbie comes with kens house kens car kens trailer kens bike and all of other kens possessions
