This is unusual, but boy, it works really well!
get some whiteout. then put a couple drops of food coloring (whatever color is closest to the hair. If you use paint, it works just as well). Then paint the hair from top to bottom with the solution. Finally, leave to dry for at least 10 minutes. Voila! stiff as ever
use regular hairspray and was it with baby shampoo
