Where can I get them in good shape,where it’s not a lot of money? I know there are alot in houses all over America that girls have grown out
of but where can I find them?

I’m makin these things for my little sister for christmas. I’m tryin to figure out how to make a school, house, shop, and a friends/boyfriends house. And i don’t have any money so i’ll have to make this stuff homemade. My mother has TONS of different craft stuff tht i can use. I need help….anyone?

I was with my friend at the library and I found all of these fictional books on this board game that I can barely find non-fiction books on in real life and I told my friend something is going to happen with this board game, which by the way is called go. I found one book which was about Barbie and go-games. Later I told her how I drew her after she said she drew me. She asked if I could paint her? I said I suppose I could I can’t see any reason I couldn’t. Would you be willing pay for paint? I said no. She said why because you want to swallow your pride or you want to swallow your money and I responded well it’s just money represents attention to me and when I give it away I just question what am I gonna get back. Also when we went to her house she had a box of colored pencils in the box of colored pencils were 2 cd’s they were sort of broken on had a bear on it and the other one had a cat on it.

I have some used Barbie dolls, all in pretty good condition, but they aren’t vintage or anything all from around 2000-2004. I also have some clothing for them, a few sets, and some cars. I also have a really nice big house with a elevator that works. I was just wondering how much you think some of this would go for, since I’m trying to raise some money to help get a Toy Poodle. Thanks!

I can see where a person my be wary of young girls’ exposure to Barbies might lead to higher expecations of what society might consider beautiful (or successful, considering Barbie’s lifestyle*), but are they not worried about the psychological implications that other toys may carry? I’m noticing that Barbie has stepped out of the spotlight, while Bratz have seemed to take center stage. Personally, I’m more afraid of the long-term affects of Bratz than Barbie. Bratz to me look like little more than ghetto bizatches who spend what letting money they have on bling. Is no one worried about young girls wanting not only to be hot, but hot with lowered expectations in life?

**Barbie is clearly disgustingly rich, considering all the dream houses, RVs, sportcars, and warehouses of clothes she can afford.
That should say "what LITTLE money", not "letting".

I’m actually considering to resell them and use the money to buy cheaper educational toys that will much more in quantity and quality for the playground eduction .

My little girl has asked me to buy her a dolls’ house for her barbie dolls and I have found the one below (see link). However I have heard varying reports on how much value for money it is and I am wondering, has anyone bought this and what experience have you had with it?
